The government has once again increased the pension. Earlier in the first week of April, the pension amount was increased by Rs 200 to Rs 1400. Now the government has again increased it by Rs 100 to Rs 1500. That is, in just one month, pensioners have got good news twice.

Pensioners got benefits again: According to media reports, instructions have also been issued for this by the government. In the instructions received by the government, the Social Welfare Department has started preparations to release an amount of Rs 4500 for the first quarter to 7.23 lakh pensioners from April 1. time in 2014. Then the amount of old age, disabled and widow pension was increased to Rs 1200 per month. Now again this year i.e. in March of 2022, the amount received by the pensioners has been increased. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami announced to increase the pension of all three categories from 1200 to 1400. CM has once again increased the amount of pension.

The information given by the Principal Secretary: Giving this information, Principal Secretary L Fanai said that the pension of disabled, elderly and widowed women has been increased to Rs 1500 per month. Now every three months, a pension of Rs 4500 will be sent to the account of the beneficiaries by the Social Welfare Department. Earlier, pension was being sent to the account of pensioners at the rate of Rs 4200 per month for three months. That is, this time the pension amount of old age, widow and disabled pensioners has been increased by Rs 100, due to which their pension has increased from Rs 1400 to 1500 now. Now every quarter the pension amount of Rs 4500 will be sent to the elderly, disabled and beneficiaries of old age pension.
